I am from up north originally. Northern NY. A little town called Massena.
I like the BBQ down here.... but I do not like the smoke. Up north we mainly had sweet BBQ sauce.
We are ok as long as nobody gets put into the stocks.
Our favorite bottled is "sweet baby rays sweet and spicy."Cant say I ever heard of Massena, we had only visited NY (the city) once
And that was when my sister and I were way younger
Our Dad took us to see "Lady liberty" (or is that "bondage"?)
What is your favorite BBQ sauce?
A certain bottle of it or a particular recipe?
Our favorite bottled is "sweet baby rays sweet and spicy."
Then we have my own concoction that uses katsup, sugar, lemon juice, apple vinegar, and red hot pepper flakes.
The key to great bbq is the caramelization of the sugar.
