Are preachers classed as 'full time ministers?' if they are mainly at work during the week?

Is this the right area to discuss preaching?

Are preachers classed as 'full time ministers?' if they are mainly at work during the week?

I would assume full time is at least 35 hour work week or more in ministry.

I think this is the place to talk about preaching and being a pastor, even if you're not working 35 hours a week. If you're the pastor of a church, you're full-time no matter how many hours you put in!
