thanks for caring guys :groupray: ........ I am fine , a bit angry , sad and gutted , but fine.

here's something I posted yesterday ......

Sad day for the Free world ........

Only yesterday I was punching the air for Londons winning bid for the Olympics , and as often happens I was then making my way down there to Chiswick , not more than a mile from The Hammersmith to deliver a tank of beer to Fullers Brewery.
I parked up and a guy showed me around the brewery he then gave me a quick tour of the surrounding neibourhood , we walked right alongside the Thames ......... I was walking along the Thames lapping it up , I love London , there is so much to learn ......... and I was feeling so good about London winning the Olympic bid , I even bought some Fullers bottled beer.

then I awake at 11 am and am informed of this carnage .....

btw , anyone who wants regular up to date news (and is nowhere near a TV) , tune into Talk Sport they have covered it all day (with zero adverts) and they have done and continue to do a stirling job at explaining these dispicable acts of terroism.

My heart felt condolences to all families and friends of those killed today.
