Sarah I can not express how deeply I feel for you and your mom.

Dear Heavenly Father we hold Sarah and her mom up to you claiming your promises to never leave or forsake us. We ask that you deliver them from this terrible situation and give them strength, not only to deal with this problem, but also hold fast to your promises. I also ask that you touch Sarah's mom with Your healing hand that the MRI results will be encouraging. Lord I ask that Sarah and her mom might feel your loving arms around them, send the Holy angels to protect them, and may the Holy Spirit comfort and guide them in this time of need. I ask that these things be granted according to Your divine will and in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ. Amen

Sarah, you are continualy in our prayers.

In these days, the trust in trustee has been completely wiped out. You are planning to sue him I presume?

It's ironic, isn't it? That one doesn't trust the "trustee".

Not sue, no. Trying to get him off of the place of trustee, and if not then we'll be tailing him with a lawyer. Found out today he through out a lot of my dad's stuff, cause he felt we didn't need it. He had several boxes stored at his place (including some items that were worth a lot of money), and all he had left (as far as we know) is this tiny box of a few papers and pictures he brought over today. We may look into pressing charges for theft in the future, though..but proving it may not be too easy.

As it stands right now we saw the lawyer today and the trustee is already doing things wrong, if the will is even valid in the first place. He failed to put it into probate, which is to be done before the trustee can even legally start things! Oy.

No idea where this is going right now..but it's probably going to be pricey...I just thank God for the fact He touched our lawyers heart today that we won't have to pay him any yet. Origionally we would have had to, which would mean we wouldn't have rent. As it stands we still wont have rent and bills, let alone food..But..there's a couple options. May take a few weeks, but it's there..so..praying for that.

I hate all this, though. The Bible says to settle out of court..but..sometimes, I guess there's no choice.

Thank you, Doc. I really appreciate you guys here. Of all times, right now is when most of my friends and family seem..to not be around. Even tonight, I called my grandpa for a favor..which he agreed, but he doesn't even want to talk to me or ask how I'm doing or anything. Just gonna drop off what I requested tomorrow at the lobby and leave. It's sad when family is like that. Never once a "how are you doing, need anything?" through all this...

Just keep focusing on God, though. He loves me and cares about me no matter what.
