Prayers for Stable Mood

I'd like to request your prayers for my emotions to become calmed. I have bipolar disorder and for the past couple of weeks my mood has been rapidly changing. I'm concerned in particular about its effect on my performance at work. Thank you.

In my experience, spring is a season with a high incidence of mania, but it will self alleviate and lead to depression after about three months. Logic and rationality are important methods for stabilizing emotions. Good Luck.
