Prayer requests.

Please continued prayers for my brother (the one for whom I started the thread). I now believe he too may be bipolar and need treatment which he refuses. He is on a downward spiral and doesn't have God in his life and he is destroying his family. Pray for salvation and if he needs treatment pray he will open up to the idea.

Also pray for his wife, for a job and praise the Lord she has started attending church and is being blessed by her congregation more than I could have hoped for. She is turning to the Lord and is bringing the 3 kids with her. Half my prayers for this family is being answered.

The other half, my brother, is spiraling out of control.

I'm sorry about your brother Berry. My prayers are with him, your sister in law, their kids, and you.

Please pray for my app't with my new psychiatrist tomorrow morning (Wed.). I'm nervous because I have a long history and I'm not an easy case. I've written it out on two pages so I won't forget anything.

I am praying for you, and for wisdom for your doctor. What a wonderful thing to write it up so that you don't forget anything, but it must have been hard to put it down in writing! May God calm you and give you the right words to say to allow you to find the right treatment!!

I understand about the selling the house thing. That really put me in a hypomanic mode. Oh my. God knows how much we can handle and I was about ready to lose it. I couldn't handle the people coming over to my house for a "show." The stress of that alone just about killed me. Thankfull, the Lord provided a buyer just in time to get me back from OH to home in WA state. I praise the LOrd. I do believe he won't give you more than you can handle...obviously the Lord knows that I can't handle much in those situations. My house in AZ sold in one day and the house in OH sold in three weeks (which is very unusual in Columbus as most houses are on the market for at least three months. God's timing was perfect.

We've got an conditional offer now and we put an offer in on a house today. Waiting to hear if the people who bought our house sold. That would be nice.

Could you just pray for me. I'm really hurting and I'm not exactly sure why. I'm just hurting and can't seem to quit ing. I have three shifts of work coming over the next 3 days. I truly can not be in this shape.

Oh, Wendy... I am sorry to hear you are hurting this way. I can really tell by your post the pain you are in. The only thing I really know to do is pray.

Father God in Heaven,
Please be with Wendy. Help her to feel your presence. Send your angels to comfort her. Give her the strength she needs for each day...whatever your plans are for her that day. Help her to find safe boundries within her limits for each day. And let her know we love her!

As you can tell by the time on this post, I am at work

About mid morning, I noticed one of the techs online on one of the comps. This is the only comp I thought could hook up to the net...I was wrong. Not that I will be spending work time on here. Only on the wknd's during my breaks...but I think that's FAB!!! During the week is just too busy to think about anything else other than work

Talk about a God sent answered prayer. Just the knowledge that I could reach out to yous....made me quite happy (to say the least )

I think Berry...you're gonna have to change the threads name to PRAYER REQUESTS AND ANSWERED PRAYERS.

Please pray for my daughter (4) I just spent the night with her in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at the local hospital. She was released today. They say she has Croup (which is that seal barking cough thing) where basically they can't breathe well. Her airway constricted (not completely) but enough to scare us to death and land us in the hospital. She is doing well at the moment and is at home with me.

I pray that you would heal this child and restore her body, and give her rest. Bring peace to this household, your peace that surpasses all understanding. I am really struggling with zyprea. It is the only drug that truly holds me but the weight gain has been crazy and I am already obese. YOur words describe me to a tee!!!! I have found that those of us with bp tend to be very caring individulas who do not find themsleves worth caring for. It is still a major struggle for me evne thought the meds have helped me stop the worthless thoughts about myself. Right now I am discovering how I turn to food for stress relief and I view any emotion as stress, no wonder I weighed over 250 pounds!!!! I have lost but hit a majopr bump about a year ago and it is this stress/emotional eating that I am battling the most right now. I do not feel I will finish the weight loss until I deal with turning to God as my source of all instead of food. Just me and my experience. I am praying for you and I pray that you will find the answers you seek!!! There were 2 books that really helped reshape my thinking on this stuff and I am working on the third one now. Please pray for me as I pray for you!!! We can win this battle to understand and have a Godly healthy focus despite our weight only with the hlep of GOd the HOly SPirit! Blessings and prayers
