Please pray for my husband. A chair rolled out from under him at work today. He "caught himself" so to speak but in the process twisted his knee and back. (He has had to see an orthopedist with this knee before. So this doesn't sound good...) Thanks.

"Hey Jan,
Thanks a million for all the prayers. Mom turned a corner on Wednesday and she was much better tonight when we saw her! We got to see Pat too! I will give her hugs and kisses next time I see her! Have a very Happy Mother's Day! Love from, Teresa and family"

passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Woodbridge Health Care.
He was born, July 22, 1929 to John M. and Sarah __________
He was a member of the VFW 1114 and American Veterans 84.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Donna, Darlene ______ both of Missouri,
4 grandchildren, a niece, 2 great nephews, and 7 great-great nieces
and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, May 8, 2009, Evansville, Indiana,
Burial will be private in New Salem Cemetery Slaughters, Kentucky.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to time of service Friday at the funeral home.

My friend in Kentucky is facing a lot of problems from recent flooding. (Her name is Bev.) Getting insurance to pay for things etc. They only lost one room full of stuff. She said her neighbors lost everything. I know people in West Virginia are suffering too. Can we please pray for all these flood victims?
