I have been praying this prayer for a dear Christian friend who is the wife of the retired vicar who runs the care homes team.
She is feeling so much better after being quite poorly.

Praying for a family member with cancer

Oops, she has just been diagnosed with bowel cancer! They are operating in October so hopefully they have caught it earlier than Peter's cancer. I pray for my friend, for a successful operation and recovery. This lockdown can be frustrating. But the Lord knows and can work through it. Tameside hospital is very good.
