Please pray for my Mum as they have just found a lump in her left breast and haven't yet found out what it is. Please pray that its nothing serious

Ok im not too sure whether to be happy or sad because I just found out today that the guy who Im in love with is getting engaged to his long term girlfriend - they've been together 2 years and they are building a house and moving in together!
I know as I said he's been with her for 2 years so I have been kinda expecting it but yet at the back of my mind I always held a little flicker of hope that there would be sometime some chance for him to love me!
But as I love him as a friend as well I do want him to be happy and if he's happy with this girl and if she loves him and appreicates him then I will be happy for him too.. But that is the problem from what I can see they are hardly ever together and when I have seen them together she doesn't seem to take any notice of him! Whether this is just the way they act in public because he is famous and just in the middle of getting his career fully or the ground and they dont want to upset things I dont know but I really hope that she does love him and will look after him and they will be happy together

Thanks for the prayers SqueeG! I need them at the mo. Since I am a Catholic and so is my friend I have a lot of my friends on another Catholic site judging my friend and saying that he is not really sharing my faith cos he is not keeping with the Church's teaching by living with his girlfriend before Marriage and its upsetting me cos I love him and I love my Church and he is a Catholic and he does go to Mass every week!

Hi everyone.

Ok first things first! Praise report! PRAISE GOD My Mum came home from hospital today Thank God and she's on different medication now and seems to be in good form at the mo. Please pray for her that her health and strength will continue to grow.

Prayer please:

I have two cousins with cancer:

1 is only recently married, has a young baby and a new house and he's only in his 30's. He got cancer about 12 months ago and he only got news yesterday that he only has 3 months left to live that his body is riddled with cancer. His name is Pat by the way

The other one is 40 and got leukemia when he was a child which left him handicapped and now he has cancer back in the ear and throat and he hasn't long left to live either. His name is Michael

Also please keep me in prayer. Just found out yesterday that I have a female problem
Problem itself not to bad but may not be able to treat it like it should be treated. Might involve a hysterectomy(which I do not want cause that is major surgery) Just pray that healing will take place without surgery, thank you.

Will u all please pray for my Mum who is back in hospital again? She went back in this morning by ambulance with chest pains!
Also please pray for a little baby girl (dont know her name yet) who is 6 months old and has meningitis.
Also please pray for a lady from our town (dont know who yet, just saw the ambulances and docs going off today!) who collapsed and had a heart attack on the streets.

And also Thank God for our wonderful ambulance staff who work for the good of the community saving lives and helping people voluntarily that the Lord will bless them for their work. They have saved my Mum many times

Loving God, I hold before you these Your Precious Children who are suffering at this time. Father touch each them with Your Healing Hand. Give to each of them your strength and peace and grant to their doctors compassion and gentleness as well as knowledge to know what the problem is. I lift up to you especially Pat & Michael who are nearing the end of their journeys. Be with them and their families at this time and grant them peace knowing that when the time comes Jesus will take them by the hand and lead them home to You. Father I offer up this prayer in the name of Jesus, our friend and saviour. Amen.

Went to the gynaecologist who referred me for another blood test - I get the results on May 8.

In four hours time I find out the results of the blood test (which tested my hormone levels). I'm feeling very nervous and almost scared. I just wish it was all over. If you could please pray for me I'd really appreciate it.

Please remember to keep her and her family in prayer as they live in Florida and it just said on my news tonight that Florida has been declared a state of emergency because of all the fires there. And as I'm sure there are many others who are on this site who are also from Florida. Pray that the Lord will keep them all safe and the fires will go out.

Please pray for a little 3 year old girl called Madeline McCann who was abducted from Portugal last week. Please pray for her safe return. The police have stopped searching but they are searching a nearby apartment and they have arrested some1 so hopefully that might lead them to something.
