Continued prayer request for my husband Jim who is still LOST.
My neighbour Gayle who is still battling bowel cancer. She has refused chemo at this stage as it is doing little and making her too sick to enjoy her time. She is frail but full of faith in the Lord's goodness. Hubby a bit lost anxious and afraid of losing her. I am still praying for physical healing for Gayle.

Also my oldest son will be going to Israel for a year on April 15 to work with Jerusalem Vistas ministry of Meridel and Jay Rawlings. He will help with media work there. He was over in 2008 for 3 months on a visitor visa and loved it. Prayer for support as he is going on faith and for safety and productivity and growth in his life and the ministry.

My pastor is also leaving for Israel but on April 18. He has been there more than 20 times since 1963. His wife who died 9-1-2012 went with him most of the time. This will be his first trip since her passing. At nearly 88 years of age it may be his last opportunity to visit old friends there and to share what the good Lord has given to him. He has close a relationship there with one Israeli family in particular that has been on the side of Jesus for many years.

I have a request, I am thinking of getting into the lay chaplain ministry at church...next week there will be a little meeting for those interested in serving this way. It will involve visitng the sic and bringing them communion...I spoke with the "leading" lady today...there is also a man in leadership too.

Is this God's will for me now???? I have visited the sick in past days...nursing homes etc...seem to have a heart for it.

Lord let me know your will i pray.
