I am in need of prayer dear brothers and sisters.

I received the results of my biopsy today. I have breast cancer.

It is ironic that this news comes during Breast Cancer Awareness. I am quite aware that this monster is living and breathing inside me. But, I am also cognizant of the fact the I serve a Living God who is greater than cancer.

I will be having tests done on Friday to determine if the cancer has spread to other parts of my body.

I covet your prayers. Please pray that the doctor's will have wisdom in this situation. Also, please pray for my husband and 4 kids who are taking the news very hard.

I pray you will being people around them to be your practical living arms of love and help in the daily processes of life. Keep their eyes firmly fixed you on and trusting in you. Drive out all fear, and when fear raises it head, let them run to you and let you calm their troubled minds. Hide them in the shadow of your wings. Protect them with your mighty right hand. You are the God of all comfort and the God of peace. Let that reign for them right now.

It's happened to me again. I lost my contract. It's a long story, but I believe (and so does my manager) that I didn't do anything wrong to deserve this.

Do some of you believe that Satan can affect others to make them hate you or say wrong things about you?

I think this is what's happening.

Anyhow, I'm back in the search and asking for God to put a hedge around my family and myself.

If anyone is online early I would appreciate your prayers. I have been called to the house of a good friend's friend whose husband has just walked out on her and her children.

Please pray that I have wisdom and that my words and actions bring the comfort of the Father. Also pray for peace for me, as this will likely raise my own pain. That is the reason I have been asked to go over, because I have been through it and understand.
