I have been doing well in college, and then last week a problem arose- a man I do not know confronted me on campus and threatened my life.

I called 911 and requested campus police. They sent the city police instead.
Right now it's a debate IF it was on campus or off. To me it doesn't matter because the man threatened my life.

Now, after reporting it and discussing the issue with the cops, I have been accused of sexual assault. I volunteered to turn myself in, but the police say they will not arrest me. I volunteered to come to the station so I can be cited, and the cops say they will not cite me. I asked the officers what they plan on doing about the man, and they said "Nothing."

This bothers me and the college. There is only so much the college can do.
I now go on campus armed. The college knows it and has not disputed that. Technically I can get upto 10 years if busted for it.

So I have a choice- withdraw from college, which I have paid dearly for; or go to school armed. I don't like either. But the cops are unresponsive.

I need lots of prayers, because when that man comes back, it's going to get really ugly fast.

here are a couple of verses to help you in your situation.

In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.

Teach me Your way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain and even path because of my enemies [those who lie in wait for me].

you need to seek God and ask Him what He desires you to do. many times i have found that God's way may not be the easiest decision to make but it always seems to work out the best.

Demonic spirits feed off of fear. I work at a large factory and deal with these kind of things from time to time. My reaction is not to let them know they bother me and show no signs of fear. Without wood to further fan the flame, the fire normally goes out.

Well, the pattern so far seems to be that you get assaulted, at least verbally, and nothing is done about it, in fact you get accusations thrown at you. Now if you shot someone, what do you think might happen? Seems to me it could be a repeat where you have no protection but are the one who is blamed. I pray that will not happen, however.

I pray angels will protect you, that the Holy Spirit will give you wisdom and peace and guidance, and that all turns out well.

Thanks to everyone for their prayers.
I did not have class yesterday, but I did go to campus. I went to meet with a professor. We met, I had dinner at the cafeteria, and I was about to leave when my gut feeling told me to take the school counselor up on his offer- call security and have them escort me to my truck. And so they showed up and escorted me off campus instead.

We'll see what happens when I go to class this morning.
