Hey thanks everyone for the prayers and positive energy. My mom is going to be coming home in the next week or so. This is great news. She will just be much more happier and me and my sister wont have to commute to the hospital every day.

Her wound isnt fully healed but it is good enough for her to come home. Me and my sister have learned so much on how to take care of her and keep her healthy.

I am non-Christian but my mom is. I think. We never really talked about it and now she cant talk at all. She suffers from a progressive neurological disorder called PLS (Primary Lateral Sclerosis) she is in the hospital now because of a stage 4 bed sore (really bad to the bone ). Her name is Cynthia and we live in San Diego (the universe will know the rest )

Do you know her pastor ?
Could you have some folks from her church anoint a cloth with oil and pray over it . That you could take it to her as a comfort .... ?
James 5.15 says the prayer of faith can and will heal the sick ...
Mark 16.16-20 says our prayers in the name of Jesus have power
Luke 9.1, 10.9 says we are given authority
Psalm 118.5 says " daddy fix it " ... I called upon His name , and he heard and answered me , putting me in a higher place ... like your mom picking you up when you were tired or scared .
Isaiah 53.1-3 ; Matthew 8.17 ; 1 Peter 2.24 say by the stripes of Jesus we were healed ...

Perhaps sitting at her bed and reading Psalm 118 , verses 1-15 ; or Psalm 103 would comfort both her and you . She be hearing the Word of God , and you by doing some thing for her , that she believes in ...

I can't believe the attention my request is getting. I thank you all very much from the bottom of my heart. I truly believe in the power of prayer. Now there is a new reason though. She just came down with pneumonia She should be OK because we got it in its early stages. She was being congested (though it was just a cold) then my sister checked her temp and it was 101.5 at the hospital it was 102.3. They had to admit her and she has been there since last night.

Just keep her in your thoughts please and thank you for the prayers and positive thoughts towards my mom. When I tell her and she gets a smile on her face when she knows so many people are praying for her. I even asked on a radio show a month or two ago for positive thoughts to be sent my moms way it’s a pretty good feeling knowing so many people are wanting you to get better.

I am happy to report my mom is back home after only 3 days in the hospital well 4 counting the 5 hours in the er on fri night. We caught the pnemonia so early that it wasn't severe and she just is on antibiotics and will probably be as she was before within a week or two. She still has conjestion but that is just cause its winter(ish) and cold/flu is going around, nothing major.

Thank you for your continued prayers I really appreciate it and my mom gets a smile on her face when I tell her about all the people that are praying for her.
