prayer for loneliness/isolation

Hello fellow Christians. I am still fairly new here. I have been majorly struggling the last couple years. I do have cptsd as well as depression struggles. I go to therapy and read a lot. Currently I feel desperately lonely, sad and haven't had the best luck making connections. I try to initiate conversation and join groups but sometimes I feel rejected. Or it seems like most aren't looking as desperately as I am. Could be I'm new in the town I live in too.... I'm considering moving closer to family in the future... might help with mental health.
I do know I need to find a church group but I haven't tried to hard yet. Please say a prayer for me to gain friendships and community. I realize how important it is in this life, and its something money can't buy. Thanks and best wishes to all

Dear Lord Jesus,
I pray for healing for Jzjules, who is suffering from depression and C-PTSD. Lord, You know that I have also gone through CPTSD, and the temptation to isolate myself that came with it. Help Jzjules to resist such temptations, and guide her to a place where she can be known and understood as she is with all of her pain and struggles, that she may be guided out of the mental health world and into the light of relationships who no longer see her as broken.

Regarding CPTSD, have you tried EMDR? It seems effective and quick from what I've heard ..
