Prayer for a Sister in Christ

Was wondering if you guys can stand in agreement with me for a very close sister in Christ. Although she is not a blood relative, she is like a sister to me. She is a prayer warrior and has encouraged and lifted me up so much in all the years that I've known her.

She has had news today, that her son has had a heart attack and died - he was one of three children and he was in his mid 30's.

It hasn't hit me yet and so I have been praying for her.

Her husband is not saved and it's likely her son wasn't either - this is definitely going to add to her grief over the coming weeks and play on her mind.

Please pray that the peace that surpasses all understanding flows over her and that the Lord can carry her through the most difficult of times.

Lord we pray for @Lotuspetal_uk friend and sister. Lord we want to lift her up to You. Please help her, we plead the Blood of Christ over her, her husband, her children, her friends and family. Please save them Lord. Please help them to stand strong for You in these dark times. We praise You and Thank You Father. Help them and us to be a witness for You and Your Son. Give us peace and comfort as we move forward. In Jesus's holy name. Amen.

Dear Father please send your angels to minister to her, bless her and give her peace.
The last 2 chapters of Revelation helped me when I lost my son, he was only 43yrs.

Hi everyone

Just wanted to say that I was able to speak with my sister in Christ yesterday and she wanted to thank all of you for keeping her lifted up and covered in prayer. It has greatly helped her. Funeral will be next week.

She mentioned that although her heart is shattered she has a peace within her spirit and she has felt the Holy Spirit be such a comfort to her. She had said that she recalled when a person she had known as a child had passed away she was grieved intensely because that person was not saved. However with her son she has had a peace within herself which has helped her these past couple of weeks.

Her husband still has a way to go in terms of his grief but essentially she asked me to convey her thanks to all of you

Heavenly Father, I pray for the family who have lost their son, brother, loved one. There are no words to express a loss of this nature. I ask that You will comfort this family, this dear friend LORD, in a way You know is most needed right now. I ask for the peace that passes all human understanding to carry her and the others through the most critical part of their grieving. May they be drawn to Your love, comfort and peace, In Jesus Name, Amen
