awMy shoulder is in agony. All because I got impatient instead of waiting for dh to help and/or do it.![]()

for you Cristianna, and for members of WP.
thank youAnd you have a serious person who wants you to seriously talk to Him. Go for it! And I'll be talking to Him about you too.![]()

So my grandmother may be dying. She's 95 (her bday is in August).
The thing is, I think sometimes we have the misconception that the really elderly are ready to die, or give up, or better able to accept death. My GM is none of these things. We're talking about a woman who just flew from Des Moines to SC and back so she could celebrate her great grandchildren's bdays. I know she's scared to die. Mom told me that GM has panic attacks at night...she fears not waking up.
The other hard thing about this is that GM has been sick like this before and has always pulled through. She's a tough cookie and that's fantastic, but sometimes it's easy to be lulled into a false sense of security. My mom knows that eventually GM will die, but currently she expects her to get better, because GM always gets better.
Anyway, if you could keep them both along with the rest of my family in your prayers I'd be grateful.

Glad to hear that she's back at home!Thank you.
Grandma is out of the hospital now and at home. It appears she has recovered although I'm afraid to get my hopes up.
She is an amazing woman.
