  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Pray for me.

Father I thank you that kidwboro has came to realize that the cravings of this world is not of God. I thank you that you have given him the time to get over these fleshly desires and in the power of Jesus name you can say no and defeat any sin that comes your way. God will you have your way with Kidwboro, teach him that he doesn't have to rely how his own strength to over come sin. Thank you Jesus, have your way.

Galatians 5:16 tells us if we walk in the spirit (power of God) we will not have these desires of sin.

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

We're in the middle of spiritual warfare.
It isn't something we chose, but it doesn't matter because that's the way it is.

God is a holy God, it's impossible for God to change; thus God cannot, and will never be able, to except sin.

So, the only option is for us to change.

"- if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, --- hath trodden under foot the Son of God, - and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace"

God isn't compatible with sin.
Heaven isn't compatible with sin.

Jesus came and died so that we could be compatible with God.

"But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him."

Really, the only way this whole thing is going to work; we have to come to grips with this scripture:

"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it."

I call that the Big Divide; when we cross the Big Divide, that's when it gets good and that's when it gets easy.

When we make make up or mind to lay it all down, 100%; that's when all the scriptures fall in place and come alive.

So you want to sin?
Do you like really, really, really like hot temperatures?

You need to sit down and figure out what you're going to do, and map out a course of action that will reach that goal.

Sin's no game; the steal jaws will slam shut on your soul and may never let go again.

Bobby64: We all struggle with sin

No, we don't all struggle with sin.

"If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love."

If a person wants to abide in God's love, they need to sell out 100% and absolutely stop sinning.

"He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death."

This whole thing isn't going to work out too good if we don't stop sinning.

"Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver."

This isn't a game ... we only have one soul.

Time to get serious with God so that God can get serious with us.

Paul didn't struggle with sin.

"And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men."

We're supposed to be the body of Christ carrying on Christ's work until He returns.

What good are we of we're walking around in sin, instead of walking in the Spirit?

"And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

So, you never, ever sin anymore? That's quite impressive. Most people I know require God's mercy and grace.

"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:"

"For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,"

"But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries."

"He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:"

"Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?"

1 Cor 10:13 'No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.'

You didn't answer my question. Are you saying that you never sin anymore? Yes or no?

The Bible says that we should shed our sinful lives and pursue God always, but in none of the verses you've cited does it say that we'll never stumble again. Repentance exists for a reason.
