What kind of trouble?

I can't get it to telescope. I'll find the moon or whatever in the locator part, then in the magnifacation part, it won't show up. It's all black and no there is not lens cap on it.

those locators suck.
I super glued a rifle scope onto mine, more adjustable.
The super glue failed in the cold, I'm gonna try hot glue gun next time.

If there's a Lowe's around you, there's stuff called Gorilla Glue that is about the best you can get. I think it works into negative temps.

I plan on taking it out more when it warms up and playing around with it more. It's a Celestron, so I'm also going to took it up on this here internet.

Today I feel really blessed becasue SOTK and I are having a hard time financially and our church brought over a food box and 45.00 in gift cards for toy'srus for the kids..
then my parents came over with a card and check for 100.00 for us to buy for our kids...
I just feel blessed...
