I agree with everyone else..try and hang in there and not hurt yourself..trust me, it might feel great now, but later when you look at the scars, you will feel terrible. Trust me, i am going through it now..I see my arm marked up each and every day, and it hurts me that I did fall and i keep wishing each day that i didnt. Yes, we will all fall sometimes..but keep trying to fight the urge!
Just stay strong ConcreteAngel!!

I just wish I could do something, anything to help and not feel like this.

I feel like i have a lot of pent up frustration and hurt and just a lot of bad stuff and i really feel like cutting. the last cuts i did have stopped hurting so i feel like i need to do it more. please pray i wont because i will hurt the only person who has ever really loved me and i promised that i wouldn't cut anymore.

try not to..instead do something to get your mind off of it. maybe writing, reading or sleeping.
