She says shes actuly consitering it. Said I could get a better education.

last night i really felt the urge to cut(a song came on the radio), but i actually fought it, for the first time, and the experience was soo weird, i literally shook, and felt like i couldnt move, and it was just really weird... has that happened to anyone else???

I think that what brokenwings is talking about here is a moment where the emotions are too strong, and you become entrenched in your own mind, it's awful.

One thing that works for me is "shoking" yourself out of it, funny as it may sound. And a lot of prayer.

I'm just so tired of feeling depressed! I can't help saying it! I LOATHE getting this way! I'd do anything to try and control it.

But I won't SI tonight...even though nothing seems to express what I feel at my depressed moments quite the same way.
