I'm revived...this thread has helped me to hold off sometimes. Which eventually means sometimes i don't follow through. I just say that I'll atleast wait for a reponse before I do anything...sometimes that is enough to get through the moment.

Been feeling like it all day today. Before I even got outta bed I was thinking about it. Came really close to, wound up flinging what I was gonna use and almost hit a cat!

aww, dont cut..nothing is worth cutting yourself over (i recycle this saying like crazy but its true). You can overcome this!
and if you need anyone to talk to, anyone on here will be more than willing to support and be there for you! just PM any of us and we will be there for you!

You are so right, Tn. We will overcome. It may not seem like it, but every time we're struggling and see nothing but darkness ahead of us - that is simply a cloud passing over the sun, and the sun will come out again.

Still fighting the temptation and trying really hard to stop "planning" for my "slip up" (unfortunately I have all the details worked out - like a security blanket in case I need it). BUT I don't want to mess up again! I've come too far to start over again. I wish I could just walk away from the urges and desires and all that goes with cutting. But, I realize that a habit of 5+ years won't go away overnight
