i'm really struggling :-( i'm alone all weekend, which really isn't helpful.

THanks, the nap did help, so did a good night's sleep.
My therapist will kick me out bc he says we can't have a true theraputic relationship if I am not honest and play by the rules. He actually is wonderful and tremendously helpful - just not in this area. Everytime I bring it up he just says that I can't do it. I wish he'd listen to me about it, rather than brushing it off since it's been over a year and a half since my last cut. But I do think about it everyday. Sad!

Have you been able to sit him down and say something like "This is something I need to work on - here are some resources for you to read if you're interested"? He might be very uncomfortable with SI, but needs to be able to handle it if it's something you'd like to address with him.

Don't know what to do anymore, I'm sick of running but if I stop it just spells diaster. I can't do this anymore, I can't run anymore without a kick, without cutting again. I can't face it either, because that would be too hard to do too. I need to keep running, I don't even want to show up to my councellor on Wed, because that means facing another thing. Dont know what to do, just want to yell, scream, cry, cut and then keep on running.

Its been an aweful week & i thought youth group tonight would be an excape.
But a girl I know has been being really crule to me & she was there & it just made matters worse.

Yeah back to school tomorrow, unfortunally, I have basically no friends in my home town so there is no where I can go, and no one to take me out.

Alright...gotta be honest. I honestly thought tonight would be better. The youth group hosted a concert as part of the outreach thing they do. I went and came home feeling great. As soon as I got through the door mom started hailing at me and pretty much made me feel like crap and now I can barely even think straight......grr
