I am a mac user. But I have an old imac. Looking to get a new one when we can afford it.

I just had to replace my mouse because it kept shutting off by itself which is odd. I had to get a Logitech mouse, it was in my price range. I have a question with itunes. I got this computer from dad because he upgraded. And this computer is still recongizing my dad as the owner, he is not. How do I change that? I already changed the admin and stuff. I also can't sign up for my own account on itunes store, it won't accept my info. Weird!!!

I am not. But then, I really could have only replaced the hard drive, but I updated to a MacBook Pro instead, as well as going from the 13" to the 15" screen.

I recently sold the MacBook my cousin gave me. It was old enough that Silverlight won't run on it, and that's what runs Netflix. I put the cash towards a "new" tv. So we're all happy about that.

I have been a Windows user for more than 15 years. I was bored and wanted to try something else, then I tuned to a MAC user. I find Apple products very elegant, but I could't abandon MS office. thanks God that there is MAC version.

Mac user...common mistake. MAC is something else entirely.

My house is currently Mac-free. Hope to remedy that one day! My new Samsung laptop is already showing signs of wear with a squeaky keyboard and damaged power receptacle.

But we've got a few Apple gadgets, so that's something. Just upgraded the old AirPort Extreme (which was a decade old!) to a new one.

I'm a Lunix user mostly, but I like the clean desktop that Macs provide.

I wouldn't use a Mac at home as I can't live without my neckbeard machines where I can do everything in a flash with keystrokes that I configure for myself completely at my will.

Me too! Both my iMac and MacBook are over five years old and still running as well as the day I bought them. I'd like to upgrade at some point but as long as they're running well I see no need to spend the money just for the sake of upgrading.

I've been thinking of making a Hackintosh out of an old Athlon XP system and a Snow Leopard CD.

Just wondering how many of us are out there. How long have you been a Mac user and what are you using at the moment?

I am going to assume that a Mac is a type of computer although I've never used one in my life.

My computer is a desktop, but the tower is custom made and the monitor says "FLATRON W2061TQ" on it.
