Possible witchcraft in the church

There are quite a few videos on YouTube about this, but have any of you noticed that there may be some witchcraft in the church? Would a Christian psychic or medium be an example? It should be obvious but I have received some mail years ago and now I wonder if it is based on false teaching.

To an extent, prophesy is what they are doing but some Christian psychics and prophets do this to supplement their income. Is that sinful?

He sacrificed his own son in the fire, practiced divination, sought omens, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the Lord, arousing his anger.

I think it's also a sin to pay someone for prophecy.

There's no such thing as a Christian psychic or medium. That's like a Christian devil worshiper. It's impossible to be a psychic and a Christian at the same time. Also I do believe in prophesy, but it's a gift from God and not something that someone can do on demand when ever they want. They can't turn it off and on whenever they want like that. If someone claims to be prophesying but it's something they can do on demand then they are a psychic and that's NOT of God.

I remember reading one time of witchcraft that had infiltrated the church and it has actually taken over whole denominations. Some of the more charismatic churches have ungodly things happening that they allow and say it's of God when they don't check the spirit behind a manifestation for example.

In the Bible it says to test the spirits. If any of them deny Jesus Christ came in the flesh, and don't submit to Him, then they are not of God.
