Remember that whole big story I told you? GM is precious to us, Nadine. It is not that we do not love you, but many of us have been through so much together. It is just natural for us to cling together.

It is not about being unfair to you although I understand why it seems unfair. Just try to understand that people are going to react very funny when they are hurt. Okay?

People are hurting. You are hurting. If Time were here, his natural inclination would be to come and comfort you. He wouldn't intend it as a slight against Greenie by doing that, right?

But having to deal with this day in day out is just soul-destroying. It's crazy. They tell you that to be on staff you have to made of tough stuff, right, and it sounds ridiculous, but it's stuff like this. THIS is why. You need to harden up to be able to cope with crap like this. On a Christian forum. I truly don't understand it.

I agree. No matter whether the comments were intentional or not, hurts can still happen. I have learned this a long time ago. My hurts of the past were not their problem - they were mine. I can control my emotions, or control my circumstances which create my emotions, but other than that, I need to accept and just let it go. I am thankful I have fellow members here that I can share my hurts with as Galatians 6:2 says "Bear one another's burdens". The burden of loving help which we are admonished to give to others: "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2)
