CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

take me to the movies

take me anywhere anytime

take me to the lake
your striking brown eyes
cause a double take

as long as we dont cause trouble
be quiet like a mouse

i dont have to be
lonely no more

black to the core

i am no longer scared
of what the future might hold
i am moving ahead in life

i feel the breeze
on my tear stained face
and i see the petals
fall all over the place
i hear you faint voice
echo in my mind
i still cant beleive
that i was left behind
i know you had no choice
but to leave this town
but now all my smiles
have turned to frowns
i know that you still love me
and we will keep it up as long as we can
but others around here still think
that i'll find another man
and even if i do
you will always have a place in my heart
because you were my very first love
of me you will always be apart

That Kinda Day
the rain is falling down
once again today
the wind is gently blowing
all the clouds this way
the sun is no longer shining
through the dark grey skies
this is the kinda day
when i wanna cry
the kinda day
when i want to be alone
but i want to talk
to him on the phone
so once again
i'm having that kinda day
i'll just have to wait
for it to go away

i will be worthless

Wow they are all really good. i can tell that you like to write about love may i suggest expanding your horizons. But those were very good. They had to have been for me to read them all. Very captivating.
