God heard my cry

During the night, I cried to my God
I needed to talk to him
Needed him to hear me again once more

Looking for something even a simple sign
My tears drops fell like a sprinkle of rain
Falling on a small red rose

I looked up and believed in him
Once more I step out on faith
Once more he heard my cry

God heard my cry
He came to the rescue
Once more and forever will
He healed my heart and my soul

Friends are Like Angels

Friends are Like Angels
They keep you lifted up when you are down
They are continually around
They are there to wipe away the tears
With the love that they have inside

They seem to be so soft and sweet
Like they are sent straight down from Heaven
They catch you when you fall
Time and Time again

You might ask who are they
Are they real, or are they angels sent from above
I know the true answer
They are angels and I call them my Friends

That one fateful day

As I waiting knowing what would happen
Closer and Closer the time came and went
The feeling got stronger and stronger each passing moment
Knowing what was going to happen
Deeper and Deeper in my soul I could feel it even more
That fateful day I gave it over to you
I said yes to your way yes to your will
More and more I felt your spirit coming on the inside
That day your spirit came and visited me
It took over me until I couldn’t stand anymore
Oh how that day changed my world
I will never be the same again
Getting the chance to rest in your presence
How that day came and went
It changed me from the time I went down
To the time I got back up again
It was the one fateful day
That changed me forever more

Dancing in heaven

In my dream I was dancing in heaven
twisting, twirling, and leaping
Felt like I was on heaven’s cloud
Spinning around me was a banner
Very pretty looked like something God made himself

In my dream I cried and did some laughing too
It was the most peaceful dream I ever knew
How I long to be in heaven again
Dancing in front of God

Guardian Angel

You mean more to me than you will ever know

There isn’t a day that I don’t think about you

Through God using you I learned what real love is

Something so many will never ever see

It changed my life, it was hard to explain

This new feeling I had deep inside my heart

Filling more empty spaces each and every day

You became the last piece to my puzzle

The one that was left just for you

I thank God for you each day

Calling you my guardian angel from up above

The Gift from above

One of the best gifts I have is a gift from above
I got to know you more and more each days
I enjoyed the time we are spending together
The longer I knew you the closer we grew
From what had started as a relationship
Ended up being a friendship
Each day I come to know you more
Each day I come to know you more
Can’t wait to come walking through that door
When I will see you face to face
Knowing he is the gift from Above
My God is the gift from Above

I didn’t know it was going to be so hard

Knowing that I would never see you again

I still remember it like it was yesterday

We use to talk all of the time, like there was no tomorrow

Now it seems as if tomorrow has come and your nowhere to be found

I remember when I walked out of the school thinking about you

About how close we have become and how we have grown

Walking out of that door knowing that you wouldn’t be walking with me again

As I reached to hug you to say Goodbye I never knew it would be so hard

I miss you everyday, wishing we could go back in time to that day

Being alittle too late



I loved you with all my heart

I was there with you always

I know I promised that I would be there till the end

I decided tonight I wanted to write you a letter

Before it was to late, I waited and waited and nothing came to mind

I knew what I wanted to say but I just couldn’t get the words onto the paper

I didn’t know that night that you were going to leave me

That day would be the last time I would see you alive

I wrote the letter but went I came I guess I was alittle too late

You already left now how I long for you to know how I feel

Grown up Christmas List

What do you wish for?
Many wish for material items,
This year I wish for something else,
A wish straight from the heart,
Each year we want things for us,
This year I want something for you,
I want you to be able to learn about my dad,
He’s the coolest one around,
Hoping you will accept him with open arms,
That you will let him live in you,
That others may find him too,
My wish is for you to know God,
Not only that though,
There is more,
That you will love him with all your heart,
That you will spread his love to others,
For this is a world that is surely in need,
Of him and his love for everyday,
This is a wish I wish for all,
To know who this wonderful person,
Whom I have accepted in my life,
Will you let him into yours?
Help my wish to come true

My Valentine

Can you guess who mine is,
He is very kind and loving,
He even died on the cross for me,
He rose that I may spend eternity with him,
He knew me before I knew myself,
Without him I would not be here,
I wouldn’t have survived,
He is loving and sweet,
Knowing he’s there for me makes everyday sweeter,
I love him more and more each day,
Never doing wrong to me or anyone else,
He just wants to love,
Living inside of me and each one of you,
His light shines so bright that you can’t miss it,
Being the First and last piece to my puzzle,
My all and all,
My savior forever more,
My Valentine is Jesus,
Happy Valentine’s Day to you

Growing up

Each day that passes me by,
I am steady growing and molding,
I will not be a child anymore,
Leaving the dolls in the past,
Going on to the cars and phones,
I never imagined seeing this day,
At least it being so soon,
How I long to be a child again,
Playing and enjoying myself,
Being worry and carefree,
About what tomorrow holds,
Living each day at a time,
Like I did once before,
My handprints getting bigger,
Than all together disappearing,
Cherishing the moments now,
To hold on to forever,
Facing the world on my own,
I am growing up

Tears taken away by Angels


The comfort angels

Time and time again,
many days of crying and weeping,
seemed as if nothing would change,
but last night was different,
the night I will never forget,
I heard a peaceful sound,
Turning around slowly,
There was an angel right behind me
Begin to hug me saying,
God is with me and all is well,
the angel took away the tears,
the hurt and the suffering,
my comforting angel sent from above

Say a prayer for the fallen soliers,
can you here ther broken hearts.
For this old world is so cold and dark, o lord I pray were there ever any stars in the sky and did the sun ever shine so bright?

O Lord is there anything left to hold onto in this broken world?
Dark day are pulling me forward I can't see the morning light.
I'm lost forever in a future that is'nt what it used to be.
