PLS help me !

pls help me ! any one ! I've been in a struggle with Sex problem for quiet some time now.I dont know what to do and I've been looking at a pornography websites...
I know that this is a sin and i must not do it but then, I always fall on temptation and end up going back again ! I've sucedeed to hold myself from going for a few days but then I end up going back again.
I've prayed and ask Lord Jesus to help me resist the temptation but it seems that no matter what I do, the temptation is still there !
Please give me an advice !

You are doing the brave thing by coming forward here, and asking God to help you. I went to settingcaptivesfree.com to take a free online course, but Jesus is the one who sets us free. You may need to evaluate your computer time. I got a filter for my computer and limit my time.

A lot of times we do things out of boredom or stress. Find other things to do. Spend more time with Jesus. Get rid of movies, magazines, and deny yourself access to sites that are causing problems. A filter like Safe Eyes does this well. I got myself unsubbed from email groups, with some people it's chatting, you just need to evaluate what your problem areas are and one by one deal with them.

hey an awesome tip to help certian problems is writting bible verses on the walls and dorrs of your house on pieces of paper to remind you what your doing. On your computer try making john 3v16 your screen background or something like that. Try wearing a wwjd band that will also help. another awesome verse is 1 chro 4v10 or maybe in this case something more direct for your problem would be more appropiate but the idea is to have bible verses around the area your sin is commitedchanges the atmosphere and the way you use that area. Also you could try keeping your bible next to the computer

our scripture teacher also had an awesome idea. He got christian students to take a written vow not to do sex before marriage. He framed it and now its in the bedrooms of the people that went that far in the physical case this may be an idea.

God already givemn you freedom its just up to you to take it. here are some more suggestions

when you are fealing tempted
1) put on some good christian music
2) write a list of all the things God has done for you and keep it handy (or put it in a mempry box)
3) keep all forms of encouragement in the list/box givem to you from others
4) fast

Here is my advice to you. Memorize 1Cor 10:13 Its an awesome verse that has helped me get through so much its not even funny. I have a few times in my life looked at that stuff may it be on movies that my dad is watching or something like that but its not an addiction for me praise God. I will pray for you and I suggest that you ask Jesus for some time to gain some strength before the temptations get toooo strong. Remember to always flee your temptation. There are a number of things you can do when temptations come back.
You can flee, just get out of the situation.
Do something else, refocus your mind.
Read the bible.
Play Christian music.
Work on another aspect of your christian walk, so all your attention is not in the resisting of temptations. EX. I witnessed more, gave out bible tracts.

Flee, abstain, resist temptations. They will get fewer and weaker as we do this. Be encouraged!

If you tend to do it when you are home alone, then try not to be home alone a lot. If you do it when family is home, go spend time with them instead. Try not to get on the internet much. If you avoid the internet completely, it will be easier. Just keep telling yourself that you can't do that because it's wrong.

When you are online, and the temptation comes I get off hte computer and go outside, clears my head and I pray while I walk, thats what I do. I usuall feel that I have no you know, desire afterwards

Know what I do when I feel temptation trying to show its ugly head? First, I think of all the good things and lovingkindness that God has given me and shown me. Then I ask for His help to be rid of the thing that's tempting me. Then I feel much better and go out and mess around at the mall! Maybe buy some shoes, clothes or go see a movie.

Pornography is a trap of course and the pornographers know that. You said you have filters, well do you have the password? If you do your bound for failure. You need to ask your best friend to enter the password and to keep it if you ever need to remove it or if the program malfunctions. That is one safeguard. Porno is addictive and just like an alcoholic you have to ween yourself from it, it doesn't go away lso easy. Sure if God wanted to He could do it but for all of us who struggle the spiritual struggle of overcoming will produce so much spiritual fruit. Set up the right boundaries.
