I'm brand new too and am so excited about joining! My friend trainsgosorry (I think that's her name... or something like it) told me all about how awesome this site is and from what I've seen so far, she's right. Also make note that you are not allowed to post a link to any webpage (be it a personal site, your church's site, another messageboard you frequent, etc.) here. When you reach 15 posts, you may post those sorts of sites in our Favorite Web Links forum.

I posted a link to my photo in the photography area. Was that wrong? Should I go delete it? There was a few others that have done that too.
How can we share our photos other wise?

That's okay.

When I wrote the post you responded to, we had just opened this forum and members would immediately post a bit about themselves and then post their e-mail addresses, web pages, and various IM names. E-mail addresses and IM name posting is against the rules and web pages are against the rules for "newbies" with less then 15 posts.

What you did is okay.
