Don't go cold turkey when quitting masturbating. Make a plan to only do it on certain days. Eventually you will stop producing as much sperm and you'll have less desire to do it...

if it helps you can always get your parents to use k-9 webprotection on your pc.

but it may block a few stuff like youtube or fb but you can tell your parents to unblock that,

My best tip is to practice satisfying your urges without it. Like...just do it in your bed or something. It's not a 'solution' per se, but it's a step up. It'll help you quit pornography, which is good. Though it isn't perfect, it's better than porn.

I am afraid I cannot provide any concrete solutions, however I will pary for you. In the New Life Good News Bible it states that you should pray whilst you surf as once you are addicted to porn you will only want it harder. God bless you!

You've already shown a tremendous amount of courage and initiative by posting this on CF...the great majority of teens would simply deny that they watch pornography (trust me, most do).

In order to overcome pornography, you have to develop a robust sense of self control. Think of it as a diet, you're not going to be tempted by porn material...no matter what! Watching porn is like puttin on extra calories, it builds up and becomes harder to shed more calories!

Pray to God, show your commitment to Him by praying to Him regularly. He will help you, your faith will heal you!

I also struggled with the same thing it is very hard to get over alone I would suggest you spent less time on the computer/phone and stay off websites that would trigger theses urges also pray and study and tell God everything and I assure you you will be victorious
