Thanks everyone, it is appreciated. Neurologists have concluded that the left side of my brain is having siezures that is causing loss of all short term memory and almost constant migrains. It mimicked symptoms of MS, so now after 3 MRI's and an E.E.G I am having a 24 hour E.E.G so they can watch my brain all day and night to see how bad it is...oh happy day..Not.

They think that it started when I went through what I posted to begin this thread, that the stress of what I was going through has caused this to my brain. You never know what the consequences of pain can be in the long run.

Hi, I'm pretty new and didn't read the whole thread, but I did read the initial one you wrote, and your final comment. Please know that you'll be in my prayers, many of us live pain and disability. You talk about the consequences of pain, and I automatically think about the consequences of stress. I know without a doubt that the Lord Jesus has been right here with me as I recover from a fall, where I fractured a bone in my left ankle. My left leg has been a source of concern for about a year, but will it stop me from swimming for example? No way! Jesus said that in this world we'd have an adversity that He's overcome. He even said that we can be cheerful and peaceful about it, isn't that something?! Please know that you're not alone, and also in my prayers, blessings!

I am thankful for all of the prayers that have gone up for me, I wish I could find my way back to the Lord. Sometimes the emptiness of life cannot be filled in with this world and without God, there is such a hole inside. I feel like a man dying of thirst surrounded by a sea of water. I know where the life saving power comes from but cannot bring myself to take that drink again. Fear of losing myself all over again is so great. Well, if prayers may be said on my behalf my friends, it would be appreciated. I know I have asked for alot, and I am greatful, if not for the prayers of saints like the ones here I would not be here still, but I am a ship without a rudder, and just drift in the ocean of man, looking always toward the open waters with my face turned away from the light on the shore. sorry if this is a little self loathing, I just miss the love I used to have in my life.
