No orchards do not require tilling.
Herb would be food crops... so grasses and the like are not a problem.
Gen 2:6 provides the water that allows plants to grow... and that is before day 6.
Going back to an earlier objection in this thread,
Why would Day 4 sunlight be superior to Day 1-based Light in sustaining plant life?

Since they were in seed form until Day 6, they would have lingered.
Not really, the earth brought forth vegetation, and seed bearing plants and fruit trees bearing fruit with seeds, long before Day 6.

Gen 1
11Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth vegetation: seed-bearing plants and fruit trees, each bearing fruit with seed according to its kind.” And it was so.

Mythological and symbolical history, not modern (scientific, factual) type of history.
But this earth we live on did not even exist until the fourth day of Creation, beginning 2Peter 3:10 KJV.

It isn't.
Because day 1 is spiritual, of "the heavens," in Genesis 3:1 KJV. Day 4 is physical, after the Big Bang, in 2Peter 3:10 KJV!. You remember the word, "Thus," in Genesis 2:1 KJV don't you?

The days of creation are not a scientific description. Its mythological. They did not have science back then.

Therefore, there is no point in trying to put it in line with science. Its message is theological and symbolic, not to teach us science.

No, it is your perspective that is throwing you off. Because of the word, "Thus," in Genesis 2:1, the days of the Creation in the KJY Bible are "from the beginning," in which today, the fourth day does not even exist until after 2Peter 3:10 KJV.
The logical format of the KJV Bible may be demarcated with the "few words," "from the beginning." It occurs three times before Psalms, for the beginning, twice in Psalms and Proverbs for the second day, and ten times for the third day with the ten times, "from the beginning," occurs following Proverbs in OT KJV text; according to the, "psaltery," and "instrument of ten strings," three times in Psalms.
IT CANNOT BE COINCIDENCE!!!

I have no idea what you are talking about.

Day 3: God gathered the waters together to form seas and dry land (Earth). He also caused the land to produce vegetation and plants. (Gen 1:11-13)

Day 4: God created the sun, moon, and stars to govern the day and night and mark the seasons. (Gen 1:14-19)

In God's early economy, sunlight is not necessary for life.

After the resurrection, Revelation 21:23

In the new heavens and earth, sunlight is not necessary for life either.

God is the source of life energy or life force.
No, the text does not say "God created the sun, moon,..." It says he set them in order. Asa. Like we make our bed. (not create it) Exodus 20:11 Misused by Ken Ham and Young Earth Creationists
