No it doesn't, that's your whole problem, it says nothing about all the physical laws of nature changing suddenly 5000 years ago. That is your fantasy, and yours alone.
Yes it does! Many things, some listed
here in the bible are just not seen in this present world, indeed would violate our current laws of nature. There can be no denying.
The bible authors thought they were describing things that were entirely plausible.
Will you stop assigning them motives??!
If they hadn't they would have mentioned that all the laws in the physical universe suddenly changed 5000 years ago, but they didn't.
The writings from before the flood did not describe nature as different, because to them it was normal. They did not say..'
Gee I was so startled when the dove came back and a tree had grown since last week'. God just reports the facts of the time. I do notice that the 120 year warning that I used to think (as most people still do think) was till the flood, could be the countdown till the nature change!?
(Notice it is directly after talking about how the spirits used to be able to mingle in the world of that day!)
Gen 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
2 That the
sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they
took them wives of all which they chose.
3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is
flesh: yet
his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
If this warning was till the time when nature changed, (120 years) and the change was (? Say) about 103 years after the flood, that would mean the ark was made in something like only 15 or 16 years!!!!!!!!? (they were in the ark over a year). To me that makes a lot more sense than spending 120 years building a boat.
We also see that in the days of Peleg the earth was split! That could refer to the split (nature change)-when also the rapid continental separation happened.
It is noted that the laws of heaven are different than earth also, in Job.
No one born after Peleg lived more than about 1/4 of the former lifespans, and they got smaller fast from there also. (Peleg lived about 230 years compared to Methuselah's 980)
So yes...clues!!!!
The reason you don't want to discuss it is because you made the fundamental mistake of stating that all the physical laws changed 5000 years ago,
That assumes our laws were here and merely changed! Gong!
