Being bitten by mosquitos (Got 5 bites already).
If you put a few drops of citronella, lemongrass or melissa essential oil into a one ounce bottle of cedarwood oil, you can apply it neat to the skin. It's a great mosquito repellent, but smells good and isn't poison, like the commercial stuff.

May God grant you fewer bites!

Excluding senior citizens who are always gracious and well mannered... When you hold door open for someone and they waltz right thru as if you are doorman and don't say thank you-- major one for me, Lol but not. :argh::hahaha:seriously I think it's my most major actually.

Going to nice restaurant paying for expensive meal salad comes and lettuce is not properly spun/dry and is all wet & soggy (which in turn waters down salad dressing) that plus either or both it's already old on last leg at yellow brown stage :( unacceptable!

I really can't stand the word "nummy" or the term "ooey-gooey". Bleh
Ugh. And don't forget nom nom. That one is like fingernails on a chalkboard for me.

ppl who call a sandwich, "sammich" or vegetables, "veggies" --UGGH.
I'm guilty of this. But I only say sammich to small children.

It seems grammar and writing rank up there for me. I'm bothered by the misuse of affect/effect when people write.
But that one's easy!

I think they're all easy, but evidently others don't -- or they're just too lazy to think a bit when they're writing.

Speaking of, there's another pet peeve: "they're" versus "their". Talk about easy!

I have a serious pet peeve, and I've encountered it way too often. I can't understand how a sci-fi or fantasy author can invent such amazing worlds, but can only conceive of women in kinder and kuche roles! How can they be so creative about worlds and societies, but females are still the sexist stereotype?
