instead of doing the whole test thing where it tells me what I am... I am going to actually talk about what my personality is as I know it.
I started out very introverted and I am still mostly introverted but I enjoy spending time with a few friends, I'm not threatened by being in a croud of 20 friends though like one of my friends is.
I don't rely on only my five senses as much of my life is in Faith, but I also don't always see the big picture and tend to state the obvious just for fun. I'm more practical than impractical.
I think about the present time mostly but I do appreciate the advantage of planning ahead.
I don't like to leave things undone but I do tend to leave one project to move on to another or continue a former one for a time, and I like to get the correct information before I discuss something... unless I just feal like arguing with my Mom which is fun sometimes since she likes doing it and yet is so annoyed by it at the same time. heh.
I enjoy inventing new Ideas but I am more prone to improve other people's ideas/work
I like crafting more organized art, not abstract. I like things to be more realistic. Even if I'm creating some creature for a videogame I make that does not exist on earth, I want it to be believable.
I like typing with the best grammer I can, reading over what I type and doing my best at spelling.
I have fun with physical activity (sports) but the kinds that don't involve harsh phisical contact (ultimate Frisbee for me) but I'm good with videogames and posting on forums too. I like to do outside things with other people, otherwise, if I'm alone, I'm going to stay inside and on the internet or TV or VG.
I don't enjoy reading but I Love reading the Bible. heh.
I don't talk much at all but I type a load^ see.
I don't date but I'd rather hang out with girls than guys... well mostly because they are more mature but if the guys are mature and the girls are not, I'll hang out with the guys.
I like to dive more than I like to swim... what does that have to do with anything? I don't know, it just popped into my head and it is part of my personality.

Actually, here's something else which might interest. Another source that the MBTI is based on is a theory of functions by a guy named Carl Jung, in his book Functional Analysis. According to Jung, there are 4 major functions: sense, intuition (where the original iNtuitive term came from), thinking and feeling.

He said that everyone has each of these functions, but to opposite degrees. For instance, if their dominant function was iNtuition, like mine is (along with INTJ's, ENTP's and ENFP's), then the Sensing would be their inferior function. The same goes with the Thinking and Feeling.

Also, each function has an introverted and extraverted side to them, and the one that is dominant determines your introversion/extraversion. Then the secondary is the opposite, as is the inferior function. So, for an INFJ, which I am...

There's more to it that has been developed in recent years, though. I think now there is a level 2 MBTI that divides things even further than the original 16 types, and also some who look even closer at the functions than before (and also including the other four type of functions that are not listed here as the "shadow functions"...)

What do you think about the descriptions?
Relationships are discussed at the bottom...I'm an INFJ and I've always been attracted to ESTP's.

I find another website and the guy suggests that certain personality disorders are associated with each temperament. For instance, he conneects avoidant personality disorder with INFJ.

What do you think about the descriptions?

I like the descriptions written by Sandra Krebs Hirsch and Jean Kummerow. They seem a little more "everyday" than Kiersey's. As an INFX, I thought both INFP and INFJ descriptions were well conceived.

I'm INTJ and it pretty much fits me to a tee! There is another test that I usually take that is based on the Bible and for the life of me I can't remember what it is, but I know that I always rate very strong Prophet, although God is leveling me out in the other areas as well. Prophet is not the future telling prophet, but the "either it's black or it's white" prophet. Something is right or it's wrong, there is no in-between. We speak what's on our mind with little thought to how it will effect others. We love the taste of rubber and the only time we open our mouth is to change feet! Knowing your personality type is really helpful in understanding why you tick the way you do and why others around you react to you the way they do! But it also helps when you understand that God wants to bring everything into a balance, and while you'll always test stronger in one area, as your relationship with God progresses you should see all the different areas sort of leveling out. If I remember correctly there are 5 different areas: Prophet, Administrator, Mercy, Teacher, and Giver. I always find these tests interesting, especially when they're right on!
