1 John 2 begins the context, so yes, let's go there.

We can clearly see ladies and gentlemen, that our commitment to one another in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit allows us to express the Love of the Father, and fulfill His commandments. Those who teach "you must be circumcised, and keep the law of Moses" oppose the Truth. So this is what I ask:
When you get together with other brothers and sisters in a small group environment, do you:
1. Study Torah as the Jewish (mostly)men have done for centuries, or
2. Break bread, praise His Holy Name, open up to one another, confessing faults, struggles, offer up praise testimonies, pray for one another, allowing the gifts of the Spirit to manifest and minister as the Father intended. As the apostles taught. For which the Savior died.
That we may edify one another in Love.

For decades now, I have read the Bible, studied, prayed scriptures aloud, written devotionals and 5 minute Bible studies for various groups, mostly men's fellowship. The use of the Bible to edify others in a personal and loving way is the only way to experience the Lord's approval. So let's cut and paste one more time.
