The Law condemns all as guilty. Christ's keeping the Law in our stead, and applying His Righeousness to our account makes us not-guilty in the eyes of God.
Yes, as long as we REMAIN in Him, which is an act of informed free will, for which we will be held accountable.

Romans 3:19
Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

The Law is still in effect for those who are under the Law, which Paul says later in Romans, "makes sin exceedingly sinful".

The Law condemns all as guilty. Christ's keeping the Law in our stead, and applying His Righeousness to our account makes us not-guilty in the eyes of God.

Just to pick up on this, one of the main points in this exposition of Paul's teaching about the Law (Torah) is that Protestants who follow Luther and Calvin have mistaken this phrase "under the Law" and its real meaning. In case you missed that, you should go back over the beginning of this thread carefully and find the post which discusses the real meaning of this term for Paul.
