Panic attacks suck :(

My panic attacks have been worsening lately. I want to get better before fall quarter so I can focus on classes and friends.

If you guys (n gals) could give me a hand and pray for me it would really help me thru this rough time.

I will pray for you. I know where you're coming from in this area. I went to my doctor who gave me some very effective medication (citalopram) which stopped the panic attacks
