Since Valentine's Day ends tomorrow but pancakes are immortal, I think we need a pancake thread.

I put homemade jams on my pancakes my favorite is strawberry rhubarb jam. I cant wait for warmer weather so I can start growing more Rhubarb.

Is this from IHOP?
We don't have them in my country. We do have Maccas hotcakes.
But in general, I have scrambled eggs for breakfast rather than pancakes...well I'm not good at flipping them.
However, in nz we have little ones we call pikelets, and eat them for morning tea with butter.
