Ovulation tests

I just got some tonight for next week. Hopefully I can figure it out. The instructions say to start testing (for me anyway) 10 days starting the first day of blood flow (which for me will be next Thursday

However it did not say when after showing a positive ovulation to have sex (presumably that night?)

Also for you ladies who have used these- it said that the best time to test is 12 noon, and not urinating at all for up to 4 hours prior to testing. The problem is, I am at work come 12 noon and it will be quite hard for me to go test my ovulation and wait 10 minutes

Can I do it first thing in the morning? Or later in the evening when I am home from work?

That's weird. I would assume the best time would be first thing in the morning, since that's when hormones levels are the highest and you probably haven't gone to the bathroom in several hours.
