Although there is a ROCOR Church on Kauai, they've yet to establish an official website. But their presence is known there - and there are other other Orthodox throughout the Hawaiian Islands thankfully. On the island next to Kauai (Oahu), there are a couple of Orthodox Churches - including a Coptic Orthodox Church (St.Mark's CHurch) that is in position to move over to Kauai. In regards to Orthodoxy in Hawaii, it dates back to the 1700s when the first Russian envoys that stopped here on the way to or from colonies in the United States...and by 1815, the first Orthodox church was erected on the island of Kauai.
For some resources on the issue:

I've always found it amazing when seeing/experiencing Orthodox practice from a Polynesian perspective - as seen in Orthodoxy and Hawaiian Culture. Beautiful work, IMHO
