• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

What the heck...I'm posting almost the same thing all over the place, so my titles are getting cornier and cornier...

For those of you who don't know, the [OPEN] tag makes it possible for all members to post in a thread, even if they don't have the Christian icon. Up until now, many CF members were not allowed to seek help and support here because they did not agree with the Nicean Creed. I sincerely hope that we can work for that to change.

Personally...I welcome anyone here that is seeking help with autism and AS.

i'm not so sure if its a gud thing, i welcome anybody coming 2 seek help with AS/austism but at the same time i think of how it may hinder our faith. i hope it doesn't on CF, but have been in other AS fourms where it has hindered my faith.

IMO, as Christians we should care more for those who need help than for the relative strength or weakness of our faith. When we get to heaven, it won't be a contest to see who has the strongest faith---the only question is whether you have faith at all. And isn't our faith supposed to make us strong?
