CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was thinking that Orrifice would meet them before they reached Kelamir and try to get the sword off Xer, and then, the man who originally wanted the sword from Xer (who turns out is a very powerful mana wielder) will appear and they'll end up fighting him.
And possibly eachother at first.

hey Paladin, i guess Xer got confused there because you describe Orrifice walking up to a river, whereas we're going to Kalamir from Kharilin, the route takes us to the back entrance of the fortress, not the front. (check map)

so.. wat did i miss? I say in the story, we must hurry things up a bit, or else we won't get too far. We have spent too many posts going from Kharalin to Kalamir already.
and please, don't make your charaters too ultra powerful.. it just. doesn't make much sense..

owl has given us permission to write about Carrea. i just wrote a little bit.. i'm gonna give her a bit of mana ability, but not too much.
so don't write her like a really skillful mana wielder (since her character profile doesn't say so). I'm gonna ask owl and see what she thinks.

well blessed_one, actually i was leaving it open for anything, but i guess i was thinking maybe its grell's signature as someone mentioned that idea before? or maybe someone else after the sword. could even be a friendly person, Kaelin has a tendency to jump into things without thinking properly first.
