CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Prolly. The Mist-cursed dogs (Maidenhounds) can sense the pure aura given off by virgins. Not many know this. It's feasible that Dog could sense the auraic signature of the mist within the ordinary emanation of another's personality. This is rare, and develops mainly in mature people who display good perceptionn and pay attention to their inner state. Dog seems to fit the bill.

Well, I'm the Gm. If there is confusion, it is as much my failure to provide clear information as it is the failure of my player's brain functions. I encourage creativity (and they embrace it more than you do, bro

All right, so...
It's evening on the day before the Convention, right? I'm assuming that the Mist-cursed delegation has been sleeping all day, in some kind of shelter to block them from the sun. They'll be traveling during the night the rest of the way to the Keyes settlement. Makes it difficult for their escorts, but they can't travel during the day. The sun makes it too hard on their skin. lol. So I'm going to have to wait until late that night to post for Jonas, so they can be traveling to or arriving in the Keyes Settlement.
It's evening now, so I'm thinking the delegation of Mist-cursed would actually arrive in the wee hours of the next morning, set up camp on the outskirts of the city or find a place to stay inside, sleep all through the daylight, and then meet up for the Convention that evening.
Does that sound right? And does anyone need to post before I introduce Jonas? If not, I'll go ahead and do an opening post for him.

Ditto. that's one reason I don't join a lot of TLotR or SW or TV show oriented RPGs because there's something that doesn't add up or conflicts in the story line.
