CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Not... really. Clothing is my weakest point in creating. But words I use are dresses, trousers, breeches, cloth pants, and um... shirts. That is to say, not modern, but no armor or anything. Down-to-earth fare.

What about their general survival? I imagine since there's only a few businesses, there's probably not many jobs people can take on, so is there even such a thing as currency? Do they just help each other, have their own gardens, hunt and fish for food, trade to gain materials they need, etc?

Yes, it is like that. mostly they trade on barter. certain materials have value in relation to other materialsYou have a trade, and you exchange what you produce for what others have. Ideas count. If you are innovative and people see tht it works, they will exchange goods for it. It is all based on value.

I noticed that. And they live in the same town, are one of three girls, and have brown hair. What are the odds. I almost laughed out loud when I saw that. Good thing my girl's going by her middle name.

trials are rather crude. Witnesses are called, and the town council decides. Hanging is for felonies, misdemeanors get the whip. Or you could be put to work fixing what you broke, even if it takes years.
