trials are rather crude. Witnesses are called, and the town council decides. Hanging is for felonies, misdemeanors get the whip. Or you could be put to work fixing what you broke, even if it takes years.

I was browsing a site called Deviant Art and found it. hehe. I've recently tried looking for pictures that resemble what I see for my characters. Makes them more real, I guess.

Lucky. DeviantArt is a great site (except for some of the sicker pictures which I try to skip over hurriedly), I just can never seem to find my characters. What sorts of search terms do you use?

Things like "redhead", cHINESE GUY", "BUZZCUT", "BLUE EYED GIRL", ET CETERA.

Yeah, I have to skip over some of the pictures there too. Sometimes it seems that's all I come up with and I get frustrated and quit. lol. But I've found some good ones on there too, like Jonas'. And I found one for a female character I have yet to make. Just liked the picture, but I'm waiting to see where I could put her in this story. lol.

Anyways, for the search terms, I pretty much put in whatever I think my character is going to look like. If he's an Arab guy, I put in "Young Arab man" or if my character is a woman and has blond hair, I'll put in "Pretty blond girl" or some such thing. lol. And then go off that. It doesn't always work, but most of the time will come up with something.
