OOC: The City of Ember (NEW MEMBERS NEEDED!)

Well I think the RPG is going great so far besides one of my characters turning Dave's character into a ice statue. lol Well his character was a jerk so its not like he didnt have it coming.

Yeah, well I WAS gonna have him get killed by my Paladin from the Consi when they came through, but since he isnt going to be hitting on any women since his entire lower half is slowly going to be overcome with ice, so that is going to be that much harder.

Men arent scum, you must just hang around with the wrong ones. I know a ton of girls that are petty, irrational, heartless, materialistic, manipulative, etc, but I dont go around branding the entire female population because of them.

It was. Ember is SUPPOSED to be full of jerks like him, right? Not a bunch of goody two shoes who run around opening doors for women and throwing their jackets down on puddles!(I mean, I dont even do the jacket thing!) I have an idea for getting him back, but if it fails, I can always come in with my other, less entertaining and a lot more boring character idea.

LOL...yes you are right. However I do not hang around a whole lot of sparsly different guys. I'm in Welding and even the GIRLS (which are the first ones in there sense I've been in there) are queen bees. I was the only girl last year and my poor Welding teacher didn't know what to think of me. But now i'm his right hand 'man' as it were.

And this year a five girls decided to join Welding, but they don't do ANYTHING ALL DAY!!!! They sit around and complain. But my poor welding teacher...he doesn't know what to do. He doesn't want to feel genderist yet he wouldn't allow this sort of thing with the guys, with their poor attendance and like. I suggest to him to kick them out....but he gives them MORE AND MORE opportunities. He just can't think of what to do....

So i can see both sides Dave...girls and guys both have problems...just we all want the perfect guy to reject those snobby girls and marry us!!!

Well I do....the guy has to be nice and never hit and always takes MY side. He has to be semi-cute and can play euchre. And he has to be able to travel around with me on my Geological ventures. More than likely a fellow Geologist or even an Archeaologist. i'm not picky...

You poor thing... I myself am more of a history and literature kind of guy. Hoping to be a professor or maybe a curator.

that's great!! History huh??? Wow...maybe we'll meet someday!!! I'll be the famous Ph.D. who's a Geologist going to Mars ...

You know, my mom LOVES history...but the scientific part of her stuck with me instead

No way I'm going anywhere near mars. I am afraid of both space and deep bodies of water, so I commend you. Personally, I hate geology. Once I had two years straight where my science curriculum had a bunch of geology, and I really grew to hate it. I mean, it was the study of rocks....(but if you like it, more power to you) I dont know if I will try for any PHD kind of stuff or not. I still am not sure what exact career I want. Say, Aria is going into game design, right? Well, one of my ideas a while back was helping to historical references and checking for accuracy for time period and what not for video game designers...

More a fear of death from asphixiation(I have no idea how to spell that.) or something I cant see coming. Being powerless to stop it. I cant do anything about a freak wave, or a tear in a space suit.

I hope she makes it too. We need more Christian game designers out there, to make something to combat The Guy Game, or Grand Theft Auto.

lol....poor Dave. I understand that. I have...unforchunately...not found anything I am afraid of. Even God seems like my best buddy instead of the dude who could nail my butt to perdition.

I just...can't seem to find something I fear...

And yes!!! Aria is a great christian and VERY intelligent. She can do anything that she sets her mind to! That's why we love her!!!

What do you mean, unfortunately? Say, tell her to give me a call if she needs a historical consultant for her design company. I also learned how to do some costume design in art class(been taking from the same guy for almost 8 years now. he rox!) If you look on the 1st page of the Starwars OOC thread, I have a pic I did of my character.
