How would we really know

if you have found God. I mean you say you know who has believed and who hasn't. So tell us how you know, so we will know.

We know because the bible tells us you can tell a true Christian by their fruit. If someone is running around saying Lord, Lord, yet they are not doing anything to turn from their sin and thier actions show they are not willing to give up the ways of the world and travel on the narrow path with all the obstacles but rather choose the easy much more traveled road then they are not where they should be. If we have the Holy Spirit in us then we have a strong sadness when we do or say things that are not the way of the Lord. Does not mean we don't sin, but we feel sadness and regret when we do even if it is something simple like swearing (as opposed to murder, but in Gods eyes sin is sin). I have seen Chrsitian blogs on here with langauge no one would dare say if Jesus was standing infront of them, but they still keep it there like it's cool. This tells me there is no regret, it's one thing to stumble and swear then regret it after and ask forgivness, but to swear without regret and not ask forgivness is not the fruit of the Holy Spirit. This is just an example, I see other stuff here, at church ect that tells me who is who.

If the Holy Spirit leads one into all truth, then why so much confusion and so many denominations? Perhaps we see different aspects of truth.

But I agree the Holy Spirit convicts us of sin, helps us to understand, and leads us.

Consider this:

"ALL shall worship anti-christ whose names are not found written in the book of life."

Very few have been told by the Holy Spirit to recognize the significance of this verse. It implies that the whole world will become christian before satan plays the anti-christ card.

Flat out, if you worship him then clearly you are not found, and if you don't worship him then clearly you are found. Even if you don't believe, somehow you will worship him.

This begs the question, what would prevent us from worshipping him? Will a non believer or complete apostate even be able to resist worshipping him? Will they not do so onto death?

This is a scary age. There are demons, subliminal messages, mind control, and clever deceptions. Think you won't be deceived just because you know that anti-christ comes first? So does he... so there could be a fake antichrist, or many antichrists. We could wind up in a situation where theres a whole group of anti-christ and only those with the holy spirit can say "will the real Jesus please stand up."

Satans mark, will probably make people into more animal then human, and make them one with him. It will be a point at which forgiveness becomes impossible.

However secure you are in your walk with the lord, people should not be at ease. We should be repenting and seeking his holiness like never before. Do not think it is all well, there is almost always something to repent of. There are easily minor sins we aren't aware of. Better Safe then Sorry, it's only Eternity that it's at stake here.

When we are saved we worship Christ, therefore it is impossible for us to worship an anti-christ. It just can't happen, because we know without a doubt, who the REAL Jesus is! There is no way..when we are sealed with the Holy Spirit, that's a promise, that, even through tribulations and any baptism of fire - we will come through unscathed. It's only those with the mark of the beast that will be burned, and be barred from heaven's gates.

The confusion comes about because some, without the Holy Spirit, are already worshiping the anti-christ out of ignorance. The anti-christ can appear LIKE Christ, and deceive many people. He can make up a false gospel, a false doctrine, a philosophy designed to lead you away from God. Beware! Anyone that adds or takes away from the Gods Word, who perverts or corrupts it. Any prophets whose prophecies go against scripture. Any so-called tradition that contradicts scripture. Our foundation is Jesus Christ. He is the corner-stone of our faith, the Head of the church, and we are members of his body.
The book of Revelation is relevant to us NOW, and for our future destiny until the end of the age.

Jesus says he is the Light of the World. Those that love the light, will come into the light, those that prefer darkness, willl stay there. Jesus calls us, his followers, to be salt and light while he awaits us in Heaven. We are not to hide our lights under a bushel but shine brightly for all to see. For those fumbling in the darkness, blind or lost or ignorant, under the power of the Prince of darkness -WE are to bring that light - the gospel of Jesus Christ - to them. When we are saved, we have authority over Satan, because Jesus disarmed him through his finished work on the cross.

I think many of us here in civilization are those who fall among thorns, and need to remove them. I know I felt the holy spirit when I finally realized I was nowhere, my faith distorted, and renounced all of the occultism in my life, getting rid of everything.

Now they are all gone, and my only focus is on light and water to strengthen that remains and was about to die. Likewise I was dead and alive like the prodigal.

Glory to God, whose mercy and longsuffering abound when comforting those who mourn, and binding up the broken-hearted. Who scourges and chastises those he loves.

I am confused which one is true. People who believe in him will have everlasting life or few will go to heaven?

God's words can at times be confusing,like the Matt.7:13. but it isn't refering to your title, "only a few will go to Heaven" this scriptures is speaking basically of all those who are and aren't serving God. trying to follow in Jesus footsteps.

many believers think they ALL are on that narrow road. but if that were true,than the narrow road that leads to life,would be cramp,it isn't! God's word says FEW are on it. the sad reality is...vase majority of those aren't athiest. they're people who claim to believe in God,and or worship him. this is why the road that is broad,is also cramp/full/crowded.

John 3:16 Now many again misunderstood God's word. many also don't seem to acknowledge exactly what Jesus was saying. first!..he clearly
shows,he NOT the Father and didn't sent himself as a son. as many have said to me and believe.

so on that note alone,many better put themselves in check,believe it or not..you're calling the same one you said you believe in...a liar! the second thing is..."whosoever believes in HIM,shall have everylasting life"
many say it's believing in Jesus that'll gain one's life.

but so,so many believe in Jesus!...yet so,so many won't acknowledge his Father. it's the Father who we must believe in. yes we have to also believe in Jesus,he's the one who taught man about his Father. he even
made his Fathers name known to those he taught...

John 17:6 -I have manifested, (to make evidence by showing or displaying), thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. NOTICE, Jesus said to his Father..." the men you gave me out of this world" and he said they,(the men),have kept thy,(your,NOT my),word. these men knew of the "GOD OF ISRAEL" before they were even sent to Jesus.

Jesus meant...Jehovah,his Father sent these people to him. Now many think,whoever wants to be a christian has to just go to Jesus. wrong, meaning if i just jumped up and said ..i wanna be a christian,i think i'll give my life to Jesus. it's satan,who's sending me...the wrong way.

though i feel i'm ready to seve god ,i'll be understanding and learning wrong, and i have! (Rom.10:2 -For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge). Jehovah,(or whatever...his real name is), has to send you to Jesus. and that's what he said!,(John 6:44,45- No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day).

before we can even understand the word Jesus spoked concerning his Father. we DO have to know the Father, just like we want to know his son, many don't!(John 17:3 -And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent).

many refuse to do the will of Jesus Father, they claim to be doing Jesus will but if we don't,Jesus said we're NOT his spiritual siblings...(Matt.12:50-For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother).

many believers isn't following Jesus example/footsteps. because even Jesus did HIS FATHERS WILL. (John 5:30 -I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me).

SO!... Matt.7:13 basically means NOT just the unbelievers,but those who say they believe would be on the wide road leading to destruction. simply because they're either not serving the true God,(as Jesus himself did). they are,but living a life God finds disgusting,or they're unbelievers.

John 3:16 ... God sent his son to save ALL, but we HAVE TO believe in the Father,by acknowledging him as Jesus did. aloneside following and believing Jesus. if we're truely believing what Jesus said concerning the scriptures. then we would do as he did...worshipping his Father,also trying to follow his rules, again as Jesus did. peace
