Can anyone recommend any online churches, or even just know of any?

Online churches sound suspect. How can you monitor anything?
Thank you for that really helpful piece of information, helps me answer my question no endThere is probably a million and one online churches.
What will substitute baptism, the Lord's supper, Biblical disciplinary actions, etc? Then again, the question would be, why exactly do you want to replace a physical church for an online one?
I've never heard of an online church, but even if it exists I don't think it can replace a traditional church. The Internet is amazing, but there are just some things that can't be substituted.
Why is none of your concern!
As for Baptism and the Lord's Supper they are not required, and no group of men will discipline me, churches have no right to punish anyone!
Baptism and the Lord's supper is not required????
Acts 2:41-42
Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
The Fellowship of the Believers
They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
1 Corinthians 23-26
For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me. In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me. For whenever you [that's the gathering of believer's he is writing to] eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lords death until he comes.
The above letter was sent by Paul to the Church in Corinth. So the Lord's supper (the breaking of bread and drinking of the cup) is very much something you should be doing at church amoungst other Christians, passing the bread and cup one to another as the disciples did.
With regards to a physical church and a internet church. You cannot and must not replace the physical. The physical church is as Jesus calls it in revelation, a lampstand (rev 1.20). A lampstand gives light to the area it is situated in. E.g. the Church in Corinth was a physical place, it was God's testimony in that area (Corinth).
1 Corinthians 14:24
But if an unbeliever or someone who does not understand comes in
You see from the above it is physical because someone can walk in through the door.
And also, they met physically:
1 Corinthians 11:18
In the first place, I hear that when you come together as a church

The assembly of believers at church do have the right to disciple you. Scripture makes that so clear in so many different passages.
1 Corinthians 5:12-13
What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. Expel the wicked man from among you.

You seem to be in rebellion against God for some reason. You want things all your own way and seem to disregard God's word. That is not good behaviour. You ought to humble yourself somewhat and follow scripture (God's living word) otherwise God will end up disciplining you, and you dont want that to happen.
Churches which practice neither are going against scripture then because scripture clearly shows that these things should be taking place."indeed there are churches which practice neither."
