A perfect vacuum is not possible because quantum physics states that even empty space is full of virtual particles that are constantly appearing and disappearing. These particles are energy fluctuations that often appear in pairs and cancel each other out, but can have real effects on their surroundings before they vanish. For example, photons can pop in and out of a vacuum.

So there is something. If particles pop in where they did not exist, that is not nothing, there is already what can produce them there. As if this explains all the universe. There is existence, and existence is necessary, or there would not be any existence and then never would be. But all of existence is not necessary, and what existence is necessary, explaining the rest that is brought into existence, is not limited, but existing without limit, everywhere, without gaps or interruptions, and always, being necessary, and with capacity to bring all other existence into being. So this is what I see God is

There is a lot of direct evidence of a very, very old Earth and Universe. What say you on that subject?

I have been flexible. I now consider that the unformed earth before the week of creation could be so very old. In the creation week, when that would have happened, God made the atmosphere, land and seas on this earth with all the life we have since included in that. There was all the life before death came.

"there is evidence for verifiable things"
Um yeah since evidence is how you verify.

And yes, Egypt is real; Rome, Rsd Sea, lots of
things in the bible.

So what?

There's evidence for Paris, too.

But

Supernatural stuff is like the whole point of the Bible.

And theres zero evidence for any of it.

Unless you count evidence against.

Like with " flood".

All the evidence any sensible person could want,
to prove there was no flood.

I blocked you with the ignore option for the longest time, after you had once long ago complimented me about the mature openness I have to learn, and then in later posts kept putting me down about everything in these threads. I just unblocked you with realizing you start some threads where I might want to have my discussion with others. But now, this time anyway, I will answer, but might not continue in doing that.

There are peoples, places, and events in the Bible that were lost to history, and doubted, and were more recently verified. Only God and the miracles are remaining doubted by non-believers. There is not proof that is demanded for those. But there is witness to believers that changes their lives around, for the better overall, and though there was enough destruction of bibles to wipe it out from history the Bible persisted, with the most amazing basis from manuscripts. I consider those things and prophecies I see fulfilled great enough for basis to have my belief. I see several prayers have been answered in my own life. There is strong basis for my belief that Christ rose after his crucifixion, meaning then he is who he said he is and and what witnesses said of him.
